iOS Update 8.2 Fixes Exchange Outlook Notes Sync Issue

Just after the release of iOS 8, users started commenting about it breaking the syncing of Notes entered with in a Dairy appointment.

With the recent release of 8.3, it appears that the issue has been resolved. Notes now appear within Outlook again.
